Ponoka Legion bursary awarded

Amy Shultz was presented with a $1,000 bursary from the Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 66 by comrade Marlene Perry. Schultz plans to go to the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) to become a paramedic. She attended Lindsay Thurber High School and received her first certificate for medical emergency responders.
