Ponoka residents extending help to Red Deer Mustard Seed

Members of the Church of Christ (Iglesia Ni Cristo) from Ponoka joined with members from Red Deer, Lacombe and Rocky Mountain Oct. 27 to donate about 130 boxes of non-perishable items to Mustard Seed food bank in Red Deer. The church has a growing congregation in Ponoka of about 40 people.

Members of the Church of Christ (Iglesia Ni Cristo) from Ponoka joined with members from Red Deer, Lacombe and Rocky Mountain Oct. 27 to donate about 130 boxes of non-perishable items to Mustard Seed food bank in Red Deer. The church has a growing congregation in Ponoka of about 40 people.

Last year, the church did a spring clean up drive in Ponoka in coordination with the town.
