Dear Editor,
I just want the town council to know that they didn’t fool me when they stated that their choice for the tender, “…was the second lowest.”
They were afraid to be transparent and state that we got shafted! Further their arrogance on not correcting the bylaw the judge suggested just shows their total disregard for taxpayers and the Alberta Municipal Act.
