Firearms stolen from truck in Ponoka

Ponoka RCMP are looking for information related to the theft of firearms from a pickup.

Police say sometime in the morning hours of May 5 the firearms were stolen out of a pickup truck on 45 Street.

The firearms are described as a Browning BL22 .22 caliber lever action with a light stock (golden), tubular magazine and scope.

The other firearm is a Browning BL22 .22 caliber lever action with dark mahogany stock and tubular magazine. It has a fold down iron sight, large 30mm scope. The rifle has a large noticeable mark on the buttstock.
