RCMP investigators in Rimbey are looking into a theft incident.

The theft occurred Aug. 17 at around 1:30 p.m. at the Rimbey Co-op where a man and woman are believed to be involved.

Investigators say security camera footage shows a woman allegedly placing items in a shopping cart where she subsequently left the store without paying.

Rimbey RCMP also say a man was involved. They were seen to have arrived in a gold coloured vehicle.

The woman is described as Caucasian with long blondish hair. She was wearing a sweater, blue jeans and white running shoes.

The man is described as older Caucasian with grey hair, wearing a short sleeved shirt and blue jeans.

The Rimbey RCMP are seeking public assistance in identifying the subjects in the photos.
