Elizabeth Edith Jane “Betty” Morrow


Betty was born on February 12, 1937 in Meskanaw, Saskatchewan and passed away on April 27, 2017 in Ponoka, Alberta at the age of 80 years. Betty is lovingly survived by daughter Phyllis (Bruce) Prediger, son Melvin (Cheryl) Morrow, daughter Joyce (Wes) McDowell and son Clayton (Glenda) Morrow; grandchildren: Terry (Jerome), Leanne (Jon), Michelle (Mike), Elizabeth (Chris), Kathryn (Ken), Steve (Bond), Jason (Daryl), Amber (Trevor), Allison (Curtis), and Craig (Jackie); great-grandchildren: Austin, Morgan, Mackenzie, Marlin, Tyson, Mason, Carter, Klyde, Peyton, Bennett, Oakley, Ryan, Connor, Keith, Josie, Leah and Kaylee; brother-in-law Ken (Dolores) Morrow; sisters-in-law Sylvia Prince, Evelyn Prince and Florence Morrow; as well as numerous other relatives and friends. Betty was predeceased by her husband Clifford; parents George and Edith Prince, father-in-law and mother-in-law Hersey and Inez Morrow; brothers George and Jack Prince; as well as many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Visitation will take place at the Ponoka Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 2 from 7:30 until 9:00 p.m. and a Funeral Service will be held at the St. Mary’s Anglican Church at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 3, 2017. The Interment Service will follow at the Forest Home Cemetery.
