February, March and April have been some calm months for the West Ponoka 4-H Beef Club. Members did a fantastic job on their speeches which were presented Feb.20. The top two from each category went on to zones held at Crestomere School on Feb. 27. Congratulations to Carling Matejka who placed first and went on to districts.
April came quickly and we started with our mini show April 3. We groomed and clipped our steers and heifers, led them and weighed them. May is coming so soon and our whole club really hopes to see you at our show and sale on May 2.
