Sherry Gummow (centre), vice-president of the Ponoka Ag Event Centre Society received a $10,000 capital contribution on Sept. 14 from the CIBC Ponoka branch.
Presenting the cheque are Krista Borg, Marcelle Brown, Christine Nicholson, Janet Hatala, Chauntelle Collins, Bonnie Sandin and Merilee Turton.
The donation was made through CIBC’s Community Matters program.
