Ponoka residents are invited to host a garage or yard sale on August 12 to 14 as part of the town’s second annual Community-Wide Garage Sale event.
This town-wide event is an opportunity for residents to sell unwanted items and explore new-to-you treasures across the community.
To participate, simply set up your own garage or yard sale at your home. Although the event will take place from August 12 to 14, vendors can choose to operate on one or all three days.
The Town of Ponoka will be working to create a Community-Wide Garage Sale map this year. To enter your garage or yard sale onto the map, please email communications@ponoka.ca or call 403-783-0153.
Please provide the town with your first and last name, physical address, and the dates and times of your garage sale by Aug. 5 (or by Aug. 7 if you are emailing us the information).
The map will be posted to the town’s website at www.ponoka.ca the following week. Residents are also encouraged to post their garage or yard sale to the outdoor bulletin board at the Ponoka Arena Complex (4410 54 Street).
