The Ponoka Mini Golf has a new manager that hopes to add fresh ideas and services to the amenity.
Lavilla Tapel, owner of the popular arena concession “Time Out” has been at the mini golf for the last few weeks. While the season is almost over, Tapel said she hopes to add some fun services to the mini golf next summer.
One idea is to bring a bouncy house with a slide and to also provide birthday party packages for families where hot dogs, cake and gift bags will be offered.
“I want to make this place a kids’ fun zone,” said Tapel.
Among the treats she carries is Foothill Creamery ice cream and she has added bubble tea smoothies to the menu.
