The Ponoka Community Market donated $15,215 to the Ponoka Arts, Recreation and Culture Society (PARCS) on May 9.The funds were raised from vendors’ booth fees.
To-date, the market has donated $57,216 to PARCS.
“Thanks to the generosity of the Town of Ponoka and the people of Ponoka and area that shop here and the vendors we are able to donate all money collected back to our community,” said Debbie Lamey, community market manager.
