Icing on the cake: The Ponoka First Baptist Church hosted their annual fundraising auction on May 5, the first to be held in the recently constructed addition to the facility. The auction was a grand success with the beautifully unique cakes (below) made by Amber Weibe - including one made of baloney. (Left) Auctioneer Terry Flaman and his son Tyson helped raise $14,000 for the churchs building fund. The evening was capped off with the comedic entertainer Phil Callaway, who is also an author, radio host and founder of Laugh Again Ministries from Three Hills. Photos submitted
