The Ponoka and Rimbey Adult Learning Society held an open house and job fair on April 20.
There was information and job fair booths as well as a presentations on a new administrative assistant certificate program from Olds College and a health care aide certificate and practical nurse diploma program from Red Deer Polytechnic.
The open house and job fair was held at the Ponoka Learning Centre, located on the first floor of the Ponoka Civic Centre.
Booths at the event included Ponoka Family and Community Support Services, Vleeming Custom Homes, Olds College, the Ponoka Learning Centre, Maskwacis Employment Centre and the Town of Ponoka.
