Single lane traffic: Tim Hortons patrons will have to watch for a new drive-thru pattern in Ponoka as the location undergoes an extensive renovation inside. The drive-thru will be the primary way to get that hit of Tim Hortons, as parking and foot access will be extremely limited until the renovations are complete. The work is expected to take at least one month. Wendy’s drive thru is also open for business while construction occurs. The new layout includes upgrades to the preparation and serving areas for Wendy’s and Tim Hortons

Tims goes mobile: The Ponoka Tim Hortons location has become a miniature version of itself for the next while as the building is receiving an extensive renovation. The trailer, which will be primarily focused on drive-thru service, will include a small list of regular menu items and customers will need to be fairly patient with the anticipated long lines for at least a month.
