UPDATE: Ponoka and District Growing Project harvest delayed

The harvest was postponed due to weather conditions.

ORIGINAL STORY:

The Ponoka and District Growing Project is completing their 25th Foodgrains Bank Harvest this weekend.

The harvest will be held on Sept. 30, starting at 11:30 a.m. The project is located six miles north of the Ponoka Secondary Campus on Range Road 254.

The Canadian Foodgrains Bank is a partnership of 15 Canadian churches and church-based agencies working to end global hunger.
