In celebration of the gala Canada 150 celebration the congenial staffs at the Fort Ostell Museum are featuring two new historical displays for everyone to enjoy when they visit to browse through the long and colourful history of our town and county. This display highlights the great Canada Centennial 1967 anniversary and features the Fathers of Confederation signing our nation’s most important Charter of Freedom in 1867 and the many flags, pins, and other mementos that marked the gala occasion when our O’Canada national anthem actually had three more verses.
