Remember When? Nerius and Alice Cissell joined many other family members and friends in the new Dakota settlement in 1902, and were later both buried in the Dakota Cemetery. Nerius had served in the Civil War in the United States, and upon his death this tombstone was provided stating his rank and the unit which he fought with. At the Cissell Famiy Reunion this summer his great-great grandsons Chad Cissell and Mark Miller dedicated a special marker. Photo submitted
