St. Augustine School holds welcome back barbecue

As a way to build community spirit after the last two years, the Friends of St. Augustine School Support Foundation hosted a Welcome Back Barbecue on Sept. 21 for St. Augustine School students and their families.

“We had a good turn out and the committee plans on making it an annual event,” said Holly Sheppard, the president of Friends of St A’s.

The committee cooked and served up hot dogs and popcorn along with having two bouncy castles, a sling shot game and a scavenger hunt for students and families to enjoy.
