A taste of New York will be making its way to Bashaw’s Majestic Theatre in February.

Crooner Dave LaFame, a tribute artist who has performed on stages from Ontario to Las Vegas, will be headlining the Majestic Theatre’s Feb. 12 tribute show with his “New York’s Finest” performance which will highlight songs from singers such as Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Bobby Darin, and Neil Diamond.

“Merv Buchanon from Trend Entertainment brings in top acts for us to have tribute shows,” said Shelley Boileau, with the Friends of the Majestic Theatre.

“Trend Entertainment has provided us with top-notch tribute artists for at least the past 5 years and brings us everything from old country, old rock and roll, to new.”

Tickets for the monthly concert are $35 per person and usually sell out.

For tickets, contact Shelley Boileau at 403-588-9958 or Val Wandler at 403-358-8575.

Following the February show, a Tim McGraw tribute will be taking place on March 18, a Jimmy Buffet tribute on April 15, and Michael Buble on May 27.

Also in the works is planning for a live dinner theatre.
