The two indoor racquetball courts at the Ponoka Arena Complex have re-opened now that the improvements have been completed.
Improvements include new floors, new lighting, new painted lines including pickleball lines, and a new entry carpet.
"The improvements to the courts and the addition of pickleball lines painted on the courts will greatly improve the user experience and provide a quality play surface for years to come. These improvements will also support the continued growth of pickleball, racquetball, squash, and wallyball in our community,” said Andrew Jones, manager of parks, recreation, and facilities.
