LETTER: Questioning Ponoka News’ web poll intent

One Ponoka News readers questions the intention of our web polls

I found the Ponoka News’ “web poll” article on residents willing to pay more taxes for increase recreation facilities totally misleading.

Canadian statistics indicate that only 26 per cent of the Ponoka population are computer literate and could have replied to the question anyway.

Then that left 74 per cent of our population unable to participate in the question if they had wished.

What is your agenda?
