I would like to advise the people who attended the Ponoka Annexation meeting, that they must submit their concerns about their land in writing.
Their letters must be sent to both the County and Town of Ponoka.
Without this information in writing, the municipalities have nothing to bring forward in their discussions.
I contacted the Municipal Board in Edmonton and they concurred; they suggest that you could send a copy (c.c.) of your letters to them also. Remember to keep copies of your letters for your own files.
