Theft angers downtown business

Dear Editor; We would like to thank the person, or persons who chose to free our beautiful planted flower basket from its location in front of our downtown store, (Flowers for You). We know that the poor plant was being held against its will and put on public display in an attempt on our part to enhance the appearance of our downtown area.

Dear Editor;

We would like to thank the person, or persons who chose to free our beautiful planted flower basket from its location in front of our downtown store, (Flowers for You). We know that the poor plant was being held against its will and put on public display in an attempt on our part to enhance the appearance of our downtown area. The liberation of the flower basket can only be seen as a humanitarian act by some brave souls whose only concern would be the welfare of all captive plants worldwide. Certainly this must be the case, as we know that no one in our community would commit an act of theft. Every time the perpetrator of this liberation looks at this flowering basket we hope that they can share the story of their obviously honorable intentions with their friends and family, and mostly, their children. After all, we must teach our children well.

Congratulations and once again, thank you. Just one of those things that make you wonder why you even try. Hmmm…
