Maskwacis RCMP is asking for public assistance to locate 26-year-old Crystal Rowan. Crystal was last seen on Monday, July 15, 2019 and is believed to be in the Edmonton area. There is a general concern for her safety and well-being. Crystal Rowan is described as:
· Indigenous;
· 5’2” tall;
· Approximately 130 lbs;
· Long, dyed blonde hair;
· Brown eyes;
