Ponoka RCMP searching for vehicle owner in relation to recent break and enters

The Ponoka RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the owner of a vehicle suspected in relation to two break and enters to to businesses in town earlier this week.

On Feb. 12, and Feb. 14, 2024, Ponoka RCMP responded to break and enters to two separate business compounds on 44 Avenue. Copper wire was stolen from both yards.

In both cases, a maroon four-door car was captured on video surveillance.

Ponoka RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the owner or operator of this vehicle.
