UPDATE LOCATED: Ponoka RCMP seek help locating missing man

Police say the 29-year-old went missing Jan. 14 from the Centennial Centre for Mental Health

Update: Ponoka RCMP say Saddarta Joseph Stanyer has been located and is no longer considered missing.

Ponoka RCMP seek the public’s assistance in locating a missing man.

Police say 29-year-old, Saddarta Joseph Stanyer, was reported missing on Jan. 14.

He was last seen at the Centennial Centre for Mental Health and Brain Injury in Ponoka. Stanyer was supposed to return to the Centennial Centre at 8 p.m. Jan. 15.

Stanyer is described as Caucasian, 5 feet 6 inches weighing 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Police say he has a big cut on the left side of his neck.

The RCMP are concerned for Stanyer’s well-being and need him to report in to an RCMP Detachment.
