Public skating and shinny hockey have returned to the large and small indoor ice surfaces at the Ponoka Arena Complex.
Both public skating and shinny hockey will be offered on weekdays.
Public skate times are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the large ice and Tuesdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the small ice.
No pucks or sticks are permitted during public skating.
Shinny hockey times are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the small ice and Tuesdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the large ice.
Helmets are required. Users must bring their own sticks.
Both ice surfaces will be closed on Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for ice maintenance.
Weekend schedules will be available online at ponoka.ca. Paper copies of the schedule are also available at the Ponoka Arena Complex.
