Rimbey RCMP lay several charges and clear investigations

Rimbey, Alberta – Following several different investigations which began in June and ended in September, Rimbey RCMP have laid charges and cleared these investigations.

28-year-old Todd Orrin Adams is currently in custody following his arrest by Rimbey RCMP on Sept. 16.

On June 23, a break and enter to a cabin was reported. Adams is facing charges of possession of break-in instruments, enter on land without permission (Petty Trespass Act) and fail to appear in relation to this occurrence.

On Sept. 15, a compound in Rimbey was broken into. Adams is facing charges of Break and Enter with intent to commit theft.

Following incidents on Aug. 12, Aug. 18 and Sept. 12, where he fled from police, Adams is further being charged with three counts of operation of a motor vehicle while being pursued by police.

Todd Adams is scheduled to appear in court on October 6.
