With all the candidates running for political office in the Town of Ponoka, the need for a comprehensive list is needed.
Ponoka News has compiled the list of candidates currently featured — one candidate, Greg Nelson, declined an interview with Ponoka News.
The race is a good one this election with two running for mayor; incumbent Rick Bonnett and former mayor Larry Henkelman.
One thing voters may not realize is they do not have to fill out the ballot box completely; they can also just vote for who they feel would best represent the town.
