Here are the results from the 50th annual Ponoka Fish and Game Rifleman’s Rodeo:

Under 11 - 22 shoot:

First: Garrett VanSeggelen with a score of 108

Second: Chloe Yadlos with a score of 95

Third: Rhys Davis with a score of 68

Balloon shoot winner Garrett VanSeggelen

11 and over - 22 shoot

First: Tamera Ferris with a score of 103

Second: Britteny Menard with a score of 101 after a shoot off to break the tie

Third: Faith Saddleback with a score of 101

50th anniversary rifle competition:

Bryan Walcheske took home the New Sako hunting rifle package with a score of 35

• The Adult Balloon shoot was won by Rick Kuss

• The Crow shoot was won by Sarah Nabozniak

The men’s event was won in a shoot to break a tie by Neil Ferris with a score of 41. He beat out Hugh Stewart who came in second after losing the shoot out.

Third place was Bryan Walcheske with a score of 40.

The lady’s was won by Jessica Nabozniak with a score of 41

Second was Phyllis Walcheske with a score of 35 and third was Sherry Thorson with a score of 30.

Juniors was won by Alyson Nabozniak with a score of 35.

Second was Tamera Ferris with a score of 27 and third was Savanna Dvornik with a score of 24.

Buddies was won by Bryan Walcheske and Todd Nabozniak with a score of 79.

Second was Neil Ferris and Braiden Ferris with a score of 70 and third was Tamera Ferris and Kevin Walcheske with a score of 62.

Family was won by Todd Nabozniak and Alyson Nabozniak with a score of 60.

Second was Neil Ferris and Tamera Ferris with a score of 57 and third was Bryan Walcheske and Savanna Dvornik with a score of 39.

Iron sights was won by Whitney Huckstep with a score of 27.

Second was Devon Veysey with a score of 25 and third was Bill Huckstep with a score of 24.
