Top Gun Horse Sales is holding its 10th annual sale on April 8, at the Calnash Ag Event Centre.
The event, a live auction with the option to view and bid online, will begin with a preview on April 7.
The preview starts at 5 p.m., and the sale begins promptly at noon the following day.
The prestigious sale draws horse lovers from all over North America, and includes a horse for every need, from ranch and trail horses, to working horses trained for team penning and mounted shooting — you name it.
The indoor event is free of charge and will include a saloon, cafe and food truck.
Those who wish to view horses for sale or to bid will need to register with VJV Agribidder prior to the sale.
Create an account for free at vjvponoka.agribidder.ca to login and view the live stream of the sale and to see the bidding in real time.
Then, phone one of the agents at noon until April 7 to get pre-approved to bid.
Last year the top-selling horse went for a record-breaking $55,000. 2022 was the first time buyers had the option of viewing the event online and bidding in real time.
