With maintenance and facility modernization improvements scheduled to get underway at the Ponoka Aquaplex, registration for fall programming at the Aquaplex has temporarily moved to the Ponoka Arena (4410 54 S).
The front desk at the Arena complex will be open throughout the Ponoka Aquaplex’s scheduled closure for facility users to book fall swimming lessons and advanced programming, such as Rookie, Ranger, Star Patrol, Babysitting, and Stay Safe courses.
The Arena complex will be open Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sundays from 12 to 6 p.m., with the exception of statutory holidays.
Fall swimming lessons and advanced programming will begin in mid-October at the Aquaplex. The Aquaplex will reopen for regular operations on Oct. 3.
