There were no injuries from a shed fire that occurred on Victoria Day in Ponoka.
Several residents called 911 to report the fully engulfed shed on 45A Street behind the Reddi Mart sometime before 9 a.m. on May 22.
The Ponoka Fire Department was called to extinguish the fire, which got hot enough it burned down a power line just above it. There was little to no damage to neighbouring properties.
The cause of the fire is unclear and Ponoka electrical crews were called in to repair the downed power line.
