Lots of folks turned out for a pancake breakfast hosted by Heartland Feeds on the morning of June 28.
If you are a pancake fan, there are more opportunities to chow down around town through the week, including at the Ponoka Legion through to July 1 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.
On June 30, the Lacombe-Ponoka NDP is hosting a non-partisan pancake breakfast at the Ponoka United Church from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., and on July 2, the Alberta Cattlemen’s and Alberta Country Gospel Opry will be hosting a pancake breakfast and Cowboy Church service at the Ponoka Stampede Grounds.
The breakfast starts at 7:30 a.m. with the service to follow in the Stagecoach Saloon.
