Human remains found after mobile home fire in northern Alberta village

Human remains have been found after a mobile home fire in a small community north of Edmonton.

RCMP say they responded to the fire in the small village of Boyle with other emergency personnel about 5:40 a.m. on Wednesday.

They say they found human remains after the fire was extinguished.

The RCMP’s major crimes unit is helping the local detachment investigate.

No further details have been provided by police.

Boyle is about 160 kilometres north of Edmonton.
