Giving that warm feeling: A group of nurses that the Ponoka Hospital, along with some help from spouses and friends, were out dishing up soup, buns and some cookies Nov. 18 outside of Bruce’s True Value Hardware. The idea came by as a way to help those in need and less fortunate this winter, after hearing from some patients with housing issues that many people out there are hungry.
