Minor collision: The intersection of 51 Street and 48 Avenue in Ponoka has seen a few collisions over the last year. This collision on Tuesday at noon resulted in minor injuries. It’s believed a maroon Chevy SUV was southbound on 51 Street when it collided with the rear driver’s side of an eastbound Chevy pickup. Police were on scene but EMS did not appear to be needed.
