Wolf Creek Public Schools and the Ponoka Jubilee Library, with partners Canadian Heritage and the Town of Ponoka, hosted a “Discovering Truth,” event on Sept. 29 on the grounds of Ponoka Elementary School.
The event was held in honour of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation on Sept. 30.
There were two guest speakers, drumming, powwow dancing, and bannock was served.
