UPDATE:
Ponoka RCMP advise that Ryken Rairdan is in police custody.
ORIGINAL STORY:
On July 19, at 5:34 p.m., Ponoka RCMP responded to a report of a shooting in the 5500 block of 50 Street in Ponoka.
As a result of this investigation, Ryken Rairdan, 22, of Ponoka was charged with aggravated assault and firearms-related offences.
Ponoka RCMP’s efforts to locate Rairdan have been unsuccessful and they have obtained a warrant for his arrest.
Rairdan is described as:
· 5’9” tall
· Slim build
· Light complexion
· Brown hair
· Green eyes
· Cursive tattoo on his right hand and a diamond tattoo on his right forearm
