UPDATE – LOCATED – Ponoka RCMP seek assistance locating missing Aboriginal woman

The youth has been located

UPDATE: Ponoka RCMP say Angel Swampy has been located.

Ponoka RCMP request help in locating a missing Aboriginal girl last seen Sept. 5.

Police say 16-year-old Angel Swampy was last seen near the Ponoka Youth Centre Sept. 5 at about 10 p.m.

She is described as 5’8”, 160 pounds with brown eyes and light pink/red hair. RCMP say she was last seen wearing grey coloured “Crooks and Castles” sweatpants, a black leather jacket and black high top sneakers. She is said to have been wearing a black and teal coloured back pack.
