Joyce Hagemann, 90, was born and raised in Ponoka.
Joyce has four children (two have passed), two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She taught school in various parts of the Nebraska district until becoming a regular substitute teacher. She liked working with the children.
Joyce enjoys living at Seasons because she doens’t have to mow the lawn, shovel the snow, or worry about home maintenance. She also enjoys the food and likes not having to cook.
She enjoys quilting, knitting and crocheting.
