Several Ponoka-area schools reporting positive cases

There are currently three active cases identified in individuals from Ponoka Elementary School.

Those cases were communicated to families on March 9, 10 and 11, according to Vince Burke, communications coordinator for Wolf Creek Public Schools.

Previous PES related cases have completed their isolation period.

There is one active case identified in an individual from Ponoka Secondary Campus, and one at Crestomere School.

As of March 11, there were no cases at St. Augustine School and no status listed for Ponoka Christian School on alberta.ca.
