Mainroad Operations anticipating a weather event to impact Contract Maintenance Areas within the next 24hrs.

Snowfall amounts expected between trace -3cm’s for CMA 515 (Ponoka,

Ma-Me-o Beach, Wetaskiwin and Rimbey) with trace – 2cm’s for CMA 516 (Red Deer, Lacombe, Bowden, Sylvan Lake and Delburne).

Crews will be watching the forecast closely and working around the clock until the event passes, roadways are clear and back to normal.
