The Town of Ponoka will once again be partnering with the Ponoka Stampede and Exhibition Association this year to host a Canada Day fireworks display on July 1.
The fireworks will be staged at the Ponoka Stampede grounds, which offer a central location where the fireworks can be seen throughout the community.
Citizens can also view the fireworks from the Ponoka Legion (3911 Hwy. 2A) and Ponoka Arena Complex (4410 54 St.) parking lots.
The fireworks are scheduled to begin at about 10:45 p.m.
