Rimbey RCMP are looking for Shyanne Ost, 24, wanted for not attending court.

UPDATE: Rimbey RCMP confirm that Shyanne Ost has been apprehended and off their gratitude to the media for its assistance.

Rimbey RCMP seek help in locating Rimbey woman Shayne Ost, 24, after failing to attend court.

Ost is facing several firearms and weapons charges, say police, including those relating to possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose, unauthorized possession of a firearm, possession of a prohibited weapon and possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, plus failing to appear in court.

Ost is described as Caucasion, slender build, 5’8″ tall and about 115 lbs. She has brown hair and blue eyes.

It is believed that Ost may be in the Golden, B.C. area.
