UPDATED: Ponoka RCMP seek help locating missing Aboriginal woman

Ponoka RCMP ask the public for help in locating an Aboriginal woman who went missing April 26.

UPDATE: Ponoka RCMP say Nikita Rabbit has been found and is safe.

Ponoka RCMP say 22-year-old Nikita Rabbit went missing in the late morning of April 26 and was last seen at the Centennial Centre for Mental Health and Brain Injury.

Police say they are concerned for Rabbit's wellbeing.

She is described as Aboriginal, 5'8" tall at approximately 190 pounds. She has long, brown hair and brown eyes.

Nikita was last seen wearing a dark hoodie and blue jeans.
