Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act (EPEA) Registration No. 00217710-00-03 was issued on February 24, 2021, to Lafarge Canada Inc. for the construction, operation, and reclamation of a pit located on SW¼ of Section 07 in Township 042, Range 26, West of 4th Meridian. Reclamation Certificate 00488405-00-00 has been issued by Alberta Environment and Protected Areas and EPEA Registration No. 00217710-00-03 is no longer required for the above-mentioned pit. In accordance with the EPEA and the regulations, the Director has cancelled EPEA Registration No. 00217710-00-03.
