Anna Ruth Dewald was born in Kuest, Saskatchewan on November 14, 1919 and passed away at the Ponoka Long Term Care Centre on December 20, 2021 at the age of 102 years. Her love for life is survived by her beautiful children Doreen (Alfred) Rausch, Arlene (Eldon) Renaud, Arthur (Ella) Dewald, Shirley (Bill) Thornton, son-in-law Dave Flegal, and Ross (Gale) Dewald; and her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Anna was predeceased by her loving husband Albert Dewald; her grandson James Rausch; and her daughters Fay Racher and Bonnie Flegal. A Graveside Funeral Service was held at the Forest Home Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 29, 2021. Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to Diabetes Canada.
