Dueck, Aurla Belle
June 13th 1939 – February 21st 2009
It is with sadness that we announce Aurla’s death following a massive
stroke. Aurla will be remembered as a loyal and compassionate friend
to many. She was an avid supporter and member of the Variety Club for
over 30 years.
Predeceased by parents Leland and Edna McGarvey and husband Ed
Dueck.
Survived by her sisters Donna (Bud) Merrill, Carol (Chuck) Lenton,
Stepson Jared (Laurie) Nelson, Grandsons Tristan and Brendan Nelson,
Godson Tyson Jung, and numerous very special nieces and nephews
A memorial service was held Wednesday February 25th 2009 at 10AM at Boal Chapel of
First Memorial Funeral Services. If desired in memory of Aurla donations may be made to
Variety Club 4300 Still Creek Drive Burnaby BC V5C 6C6 or a charity of your choice.
