Avis Gunhild Inez (Swanson) Landmark was born February 5, 1927 in Provost, Alberta and passed away at Northcott Care Centre in Ponoka on December 15, 2017 at the age of 90 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Lawrence Landmark; son Ken (Linda) Landmark, granddaughter Kiana (Jay) Froc and great-grandchildren Connor & Jackson, granddaughter Jackie (Greg) Lunn and great-grandchildren Kensey & Bryn, and granddaughter Tracy (Martin) Hawtin and great-grandchildren Jayce & Lauren; grandson Lee (Tara) Landmark and great-grandchildren Emma & Leeson, and grandson Chris (Sabine) Landmark.
She was predeceased by her son Bruce and daughter-in-law Barb.
A celebration of Avis' life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion in Ponoka at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, December 29, 2017.
